PEMCO was founded by Stefan Tremblay in 2014. For many years, he headed well-known building-maintenance services companies. PEMCO was created with the goal of offering top-quality technical management personnel and customized services to meet every expectation of the clientele in the high-end property sector.

Sylvain Pilon and Stefan Tremblay have combined their complementary strengths to create a company capable of providing an extended range of technical services to building managers.
